99 silveradobHeated seat issue

I have a 1999 silverado 1500 5.3 l 4x4 extended cab recently the heated seat turned on by it self even with the truck off I've pulled the seat fuse and still staying warm I'm worried its going to catch fire what do I need to do before I can get it to a garage to be looked at ?

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
