Moisture in the Headlights

I have 2010 Sierra Ext cab and I keep getting moisture in the Headlight. I pulled the headlight off recently and changed out the bulbs let it dry and evaporate. After a week put everything back together and installed new bulbs and it did it again? Any suggestions? I had this happen to others in my Fleet. Driving me crazy..

I've also had this problem for some time on my 2010 Sierra, but only on the passenger side. I assumed there was a busted seal somewhere and I was just going to purchase a used headlight somewhere.
