What's leaking from under my radiator 07 Silverado

Looks like it's never been used mineral type oil under my radiator and then it drips on the ground on the passenger side. I think it runs through the radiator I don't know if it's refrigerant oil or what.

Could be PAG oil from a leak in the AC system.

Does that run through the radiator or the cooler in front of the radiator?

Runs to the condenser that is in front of the radiator. The lines are on the passenger side.
