2016 Canyon Intellilink controls

When I first bought my Canyon in late '15, via bluetooth connection I would play Youtube-based music videos on my phone that would play through the truck speakers using the intellilink "Media" option. At the end of the song, I could press 'down' on the left-side steering wheel button (that usually changes the radio station) and it would start the song over on Youtube.

 

After a couple of months it no longer did that and now the button has no effect at all. This despite me never having had gone through and made any Intellilink changes. Anyone know how I can get this function back? I have two daughters that want to hear Katy Perry songs over and over (and OVER), and it was so nice to just hit the button rather than be unsafe and look down to find my phone, wake up the phone, then hit the scroll bar to get the song to start over.

I had a similar problem with my Intellilink system. It needed an update. I'd check with your dealer.
