My link screen blank

So started my truck up and the 8" screen wouldn't come on. Then the attached image popped up for about 10 minutes. I pulled the battery so it wouldn't die and now the screen doesn't come on at all. Any ideas? Dealer said I can't bring it in til Monday.

Omg my two local dealers' service departments are fukn terrible!

With my last car (paid $40k for a CPO)all I had to was show up, they gave the keys to a loaner and sent me on my way. These guys are beating around the bush about whether or not I'll be getting a loaner when I come in for their first available appt....On fukn Wednesday. Unacceptable for a $55k truck.
