2017 Colorado USB Video Format Issues

Ok Folks

So I am trying to get a Video to play on my Infotainment system on my New 2017 Colorado Z71 using a USB stick. Nothing I have tried has worked..I called Infotainment and spoke with Lynette and sent me some Supported File System Formats and Supported Video File Fomats suggestions and I tried them ALL. Nothing Worked. I ALWAYS get " No Content Available"

There are MANY Video File Conversion programs out there and I tried at least 8 of them in the past 24hrs. Still Nothing. IF any1 has a solution to my issues, please advise. For an Infotainment Specialist to simply state "Supported File System Formats and "Supported Video File Formats" is a little vague. Shouldn't they be able to state exactly step by step and what WORKS... There are also 20+ brands of USB Flash Drives out there, maybe a hint of which works BEST with their system, recommendation of what Infotainment has SUCCESSFULLY tested and WORKS on their system maybe...

 

Sorry, venting..very frustrated at this point

I was able to convert a video for my 2016 Canyon. I think I used the format for SanDisk / AVI / 640x480. Save it to a thumb drive.
