Oil pressure gauge maxed out at 80

I drive a 2007 Yukon I looked down at the oil pressure gauge while I was driving today and it was at 80. And with the engine not running but the key turned over its at 20. Can somebody help me please?

Bad Stepper Motor or bad sending unit. I would guess a bad stepper motor as 20 psi at off and not back to zero.

Thank you for your reply. So would you say it's safe to drive? And is that a hard fix?
