Adding 3" Body Lift

Hello everyone. I have a 6" FabTech suspension lift and i just added 37x13.50x20 wheels and tires which obviously rub a tiny bit on hard turns. I knew this would be a small issue before buying the wheels and tires and plan on adding a 3" body lift. I know that's not for some people but ive researched it and with everything that is now included in the kits ( Bumper brackets, steering extension, skirting etc) i think it will be ok. My question is this: some one told me that adding the 3" body lift may affect the linkage to the transmission. I have never heard of this being an issue but am willing to go with the 1.5" if needed. Any one out there ever heard of this issue before? Any information is greatly appreciated since i want to do the lift next weekend and need to get everything ordered.

I dont have any tips cause I haven't done this myself, but for what it's worth, that's a nice looking Chevy you got. Nice backdrop as well
