Fix clear coat issues on hood

I have a chevy tahoe with some oxidization issues on the hood. There is no bad flaking or peeling yet buy I would like to fix the issue if possible before it gets more severe. I would also like to not have to have the whole thing stripped and painted again if possible.

 

I have have read on other forums about using clay bars, wet sanding etc. but would like some feedback on some steps to take based on the pic below. So if anyone has an ideas on how to improve the look, I would appreciate it.

Can't be "fixed" only stripped and fresh paint.

Only way to repair that is to repaint.
