A freind has a Blazer and everytime they use the AC their floor gets wet on the passenger side. I assume its not dripping outside under the fender like it should and is coming inside, anyone have any idea what to do???? THANKS!!!!

If your getting water in when it rains, check the piece of foam where the heater hoses go through the firewall. If it has a sweet smell. it's more than likely a leaking heater core, as you may already know. When I had me '91, the piece of foam inside the cab got cocked somehow and let alot of water in and soaked the whole passengers side floor. I used a little silicone and sealed it to the firewall. Had to remove all the carpet and insulation and let it dry out for about a week.

For the A/C, maybe check to see if the piece that leads out to the engine bay for it to drain. It may be cracked of come loose somewhere. Not really sure though, never really looked at that part too close.

I asked them more than once if it was water and they said yes, because my first thought was a heater core. They said it was water and it came in when the AC was on, and if they turned it off and rolled the windows down it would dry real quick. I didnt know if there was a hose or not but if there is it shouldnt run from under the hood, through the firewall, and back out again, unless the drain hose comes from inside to begin with. I just cant see how its getting in??

I'm talking about a drain hose that is used to let any condensation/moisture drain out of the duct work inside the cab instead of just sitting in there. I think they all have some sort of drain. Your truck is probably like mine, a small spout on the passengers side firewall in the engine compartment.
