Hood Adjustment- Bump stops etc

Hi- I'm trying my best to even out my gap between hood and headlights.

In general the hood to fender height seems OK on both sides but the passenger side headlight-hood gap is greater.

Looking at the bump stops under the hood, I can clearly adjust the yellow and red bumpers as expected (twist up and down)

I'm leaving the red alone to cushion the latch area.

Yellow I raised and lowered but it doesn't seem like it's affecting the hood height at all. Maybe just reserved to be snug against the hood and minimize shake/flutter?

Green is more substantial and turns with incremental clicks, but does not seem to be going higher or lower? There is a marker on top of the green bumper that would seem to indicate different positions (see second pic)? Still, it just turns without change.

Any advice on the correct process for this? Thanks.
