Hey guys last winter I turned one of my heated seats on then the other and the first one went off. Then turn the first back on and the other turns off. Is it a fuse? Thanks guys

Mine did that a few years ago. I had a loose wire in the harness under the driver seat if I recall.

If they take taking turns being on, I doubt that it is a traditional fuse. Maybe some sort of automatically resetting circuit beaker? Does it do the same thing when you turn them on low or high?

I'm not sure I've just tried high

If it acts differently on a low setting, it may indicate that its voltage related. Like if there was an automatic circuit breaker that is tripping at a lower range than it is supposed to. This is just a guess, I don't have the wiring schematics in front of me. What happens if you activate them both at the exact same time, like flipping both switches / buttons simultaneously?
