Ac not blowing cold

Hoping someone can help.....had my oil changed today. Tech asked if I've changed cabin filter, and I've neglected to for a while, so went ahead and had them do it. It was filthy, and of course some debris fell into the blower.

Now I have 2 problems......blower is very noisy, and to top it off, the ac stopped blowing cold. I managed to get a couple leaves out that fell through, but I have no idea why the ac isn't working properly. Is there any way these issues are connected somehow??? I've never had an issue with the ac before. Should've left the filter alone! Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Possible you had a lot of build up on the filter that fell in when he pulled it out. The blower motor fan is directly below the filter and would be the first victim. The evaporator is next in the system and could have been punctured by debris or just clogged. I'd bring it back, it sounds like they screwed it up.
