2015 Silverado 1500 High Country - Rear Entertainment question

I recently purchased a used 2015 High Country 1500. I am finding mixed information (very little at that) about being able to upgrade my head rests for the rear entertainment system. I see where it's available for the 2500 and 3500, but little information regarding that and the 1500. Can anyone confirm if that's even possible for the OEM headrests? Also, it was my understanding that the vehicle would play DVD's on the front screen even without that (would have to be parked), but it won't rear DVD's or Blu-rays. Any help would be appreciated.

No difference between the 1500 and the HD’s wth interior.

Thanks for the reply. I wondered that because I had seen this on eBay already too. It says it's not compatible with the 2015 1500 High Country though.
