Torsion Key Lift Issues

I installed new torsion keys on my 06' Silverado 4x4 on the weekend and came across something very suspect. My driver side is lifted nearly 3" sitting on the threaded block, but the passenger side is cranked way up on the adjustment bolt and is still 3/8" lower. Why such a huge difference between the driver and passenger side? Could one of the torsion bars be ridiculously twisted or do I have the wrong/mismatched keys?

Not sure why you are getting yhevside it side difference.  Lifting with torsion keys will cause a number of geometry changes in your front suspension.  Be ready for frequent replacement of upper control arms and steering linkage along with sway bar links.  Been there and I was only using keys that picked the front end of my diesel Burb up 2.5 inches.   Upper control arm boots would tear almost immediately after installation and not last long. This was on a front suspension and steering system that had all new components installed.

i removed the keys and went back to stock, all my issues went away.  Three sets of control arms and one set of steering tie rods in 25,000 miles, none in the next 25k after going back to stock.

A leveled led front end looks nice but there’s a price.
