New mirrors. How do I run clearance and signal wiring?

As you can see from the photos below, I have upgraded my truck's mirrors from the small ones to the large towing mirrors. This is one of the easiest upgrades I've ever done to a vehicle. The standard wiring for the mirror Motors just plugs in.

 

However, these mirrors also have clearance and Signal lights that require separate wires run to the fuse box under the hood. It's actually very easy to get the wires there.

 

But my question is how do I run them without getting them constantly pinched when the doors are opened and closed? Also I'm not real thrilled about having a wire hanging out of that little triangle of plastic on the door where the mirror attaches. But I do want those signal and clearance lights.

 

Any ideas?

Were the old mirrors completely manual operation?  Is there no way to get the newly placed wires into the existing "wire support" (black heavy duty shroud for anything power going into your door) by bringing the wires into the actual door panel?

The old mirrors were motorized but no turn signal or heat. The motor wiring hooked up beautifully with just plug and play. However there is a separate harness coming out of the new mirrors and they supplied wires to hook to the separate harness so you can tap into the clearance light / turn signal fuses. I've run many many wires before but never from the door so I don't know how to keep them from getting pinched or look good. I hope that's a little more clear about what I need.

Sorry my description was pretty unclear, what i was meaning was, run the wires thru the existing door boot (i believe that is the proper term) that is how we can close the doors with no wires being pinched.  Hope this helps!

I thought about that. How hard is it to get the door trim and everything off to access it?

I don't have specific knowledge of the year vehicle, but most door panel are 2-3 bolts usually hidden behind little trap doors and/or underneath door pulls.  Linked here is a video of door panel removal and your vehicle is in the year range, but unsure of the accuracy.  Running wires thru the existing grommet/door boot is kinda hit or miss, can get lucky and they feed thru easily, or can be a pita.  Fishing them with a  tool probably give the best result, hanger or something similar.
