Wiring hanging down almost touching strut

I have a 2 inch leveling kit installed on a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500, there is what looks like a wiring harness of some sorts hanging down on top of the strut. It appears to be in place on the other side is there a way to fix this or is it ok to leave the way it is?

Johnny01: I would try and find out where it supposed to go and put it back where it goes. It's never good when a wire or wiring harness is hanging down.

There should be a clip present that slips on top of the strut bolt
