Frost king sound deadening/dampening

I'm looking into sound dampening/deadening my 05 Z71 CC 5.3. I'm looking to just reduce road noise a bit and quiet the plastic rattle when going down bumpy roads. Im not building some super humped up sound system. I am looking for some input on Frost king, or car specific stuff (dynamat, fatmat, etc.). Frost king is super cheap and a lot of people seem to like it on Corvettes and smaller cars. I haven't found much on NBS GM trucks. I am looking at just doing the doors for now because I don't feel like removing seats and carpet (it's about 100 in North Texas right now). I've read a bunch that says that sound deadening/dampening the doors make the biggest difference in road noise anyway. Any thoughts/experiences welcome. Leaning towards Frost king stick insulation but I'm not sure if it's worth my time to do the doors. Does it really make that big of a difference?
