6.0L long tube Headers

Alright... back again. I have an O4’ LQ9 that I’m putting in my 2000 Silverado. I want to upgrade to long tube headers, and get a new Y pipe. The only Y pipe I can find for this will eliminate my cats. Since I’m not going with a true dual exhaust, is there a cat that I can put further back in the system and just run with one? Or am I doomed to piece in 2 of them in a new Y pipe? I’m already looking at getting the PCM tuned due to other upgrades so that’s not a concern

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
