Okay has anyone else had an issue with the stock exhaust touching the spare tire? I noticed this shortly after i bought my truck and i dont know if its a factory screw up or if something isnt right. Its a 01 silverado 2500hd 6.0. Any ideas would help.

Lower the spare tire a few inches, move it away from the exhaust, and then raise it back up. You can adjust the position of the spare very easily.

Thanks, ill try that. Cant believe i didnt think of it before lol.

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
