Disabling Torque Man w/ Westers?

Does the Westers Disable TQ Man or does it just decrease it? I have read conflicting reports.

Wester's removes most of it. If it is all removed the transmission will shift really way too hard and won't last long. All the "E" electronic controlled transmissions are completly controlled by the PCM and can be set to shift as firm as you want by adjusting the overlap and the much reduced torque management. Other than the shifts, the T/M is eliminated.

In my first conversation with Lyndon he told me that he raises the TM value almost to it's highest point. Like Butch said, there still has to be a minimal amount of TM there for the tranny to function properly.
