Issues with park assist and folding tow mirrors in cold weather

I have been having recurring issues with the park assist sensors (front center and right) and the passenger side folding tow mirror when it's cold (I live in the upper mid west). The right mirror will not close and the park assist will randomly alert (when stopped) I have checked them for ice / snow, but no issue. I've even wiped them with a microfiber cloth to be sure, no change. I did see a few posts about this topic, is the dealer able to correct this?

As much as I hate to say it it is common. No fix for either problem
