Yet More Starting Problems!

My truck is an 01 with the 5.3 and and 42000 miles. I went to start my truck this morning and it turned over for about 5 secs with no luck. Turned the key back, tried again and it started fine. Got to work, let it sit for about 5 min and it started fine. After work (9 hrs) went to start it and same thing. I drove it home and let it sit for 2 hrs and same thing. Once it starts, it runs great, if I turn the key twice to kick the pump on then if fires ok, but once is not enough. Please let me know what you think! It just started doing this yesterday, I would like to fix it before it gets worse! I am thinking fuel pump or regulator?

The vacuum hose should NOT have any fuel in it. So to check the hose just trun off the truck and pull up the hose and if you see fuel come out thats means the regulator is bad.

Can the regulator be bad without fuel being in the vacuum line?? I checked, but there was no fuel in it. I guess I will have to take it to the dealer:(
