A/C fan issues

I am having an issue with my a/c changing which vent the air comes out of, after 20 plus minutes of driving. I have a 95 Chevy Silverado Custom. It's an intermittent problem. Any ideas. Doesn't appear to have the vacuum line setup to control the vents.

sounds like a bad actuator motor , or blend door motor ,there are three under the dash, two are real pain , one not so much
