2015 LTZ with  head unit problem.

 

Every now and then (full moon, king tide ???) it puts itself into 'edit mode' - see attached.

 

Am hoping someone has been down this path and can shed some light on why and better still what is the fix please ?

 

A trawl of the internet delivered a lot of owners with radio problems with a common fix being a 'software upgrade'.

 

Given that my radio is fine and this is the ONLY issue ........... well over to the gurus'.

 

I live on Oz so not a lot experts I can call on

Is it the stock hmi? If it isn’t it might be a programming glitch. Or possibly its reading the touch input. Try cleaning the screen and shinning a flashlight on a angle to see if there is any flaws
