AC issues .. B0413

Hey guys my ac recently started acting up on my 2013 silverado..Auto ac.. Doesn't cool as it should .  Got the ac system vacuumed and recharged and didnt change anything.  Seems like the ac is a lil cooler when the fan is on low and not as cool on a higher setting. I got code b0413. Also think the passenger side vents may be throwing a lil colder air than the diver side... Looked up the code and i found it might be a faulty drivers air temp actuator .  What do you all think , should I replace? Anyone know where its located ? Read up that these have 4 actuators .. thanks
