No Power Help!

On the way home last night I lost the tail lights on the trailer. Tried to unlock the truck this morning with remote, no dice. Unlocked it, opened the door, no lights. Turn key in ignition, nothing. Battery lens shows fully charged. Any ideas on what to look at?

I'd start by checking all the fuses. How old is the battery? Was the trailer plugged in to the truck over night? What year is your truck?
