interior swap

Hello! I am new to the forum and just got my hands on a 2002 silverado LS 4.8 2wd and have a few questions. I would really like to interior swap the truck to power leather heated seats. The donor truck is a 2004 avalanche that is off to the junk yard with a rotted out frame. I did not find a whole lot regarding a swap from manual to power seats and whatever i did find all the person doing the swap had was the seats, i have the entire truck at my disposal. (BCM, wiringloom, door panels, ect.) Just out of curiosity how difficult would this swap be even with an entire parts truck? will i need to reprogram the BCM? Could I use the avalanche BCM? I have never attempted anything like this and am really open to hearing what y'all think. thanks!
