Side view mirrors won’t fold in

Electric side view mirrors on Chevy 2016 2500HD LTZ don’t always fold in/out with the push of a button like they should. Both have been replaced by dealership but problem started up nearly a year later again. Opening/closing is rare but necessary at times so I would like to be able when needed.

  What oil, how frequent it's changed and who does it a personal choice. I will change my oil myself with the products I like until I no longer can do it. No one touches my vehicles, toys or other motors unless it can't be avoided.
