02 GMC running rough

Hi I need help I'm stuck on my 02 GMC Sierra 5.3 its throwing codes P0300 p0102 p0440 p0449 it running really rough like its missing out and struggles to get up to just 30 mph I've changed plugs and wires, fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel regulator, and mass air flow sensor and no fix and also when I do a fuel pressure test I turn the key on (engine off) pressure goes to 50 -52 psi then immediately drops to about 10psi I'm not sure if I should be concerned about that or not and when the engine is on the pressure gos to 51 -52 and appears to fluctuate properly when giving some throttle thank you in advance
