Clock/Radio Randomly Resets

I drive a 2017 GMC Sierra 2500HD 6.6.  Over the last several months my clock will reset to 12:00 and radio to 87.9 FM randomly.  This happens on startup, but not every startup.  Dealership has replaced aftermarket LED's that were in the license plate lighting and backup lighting, these were installed by the previous owner.  The Dealership has also replaced the OnStar antenna.  My gut feeling is that it has something to do with the power, whether it is in the battery or in the cables.
