2012 gmc 3500 heater

My blower motor only works when it wants I already replaced the resistor could it be the blower motor going out if it comes on randomly. Update I pulled blower motor and it started working again so I re installed. we shall see if it stays working  now

How do the connectors on the wiring harness and the parts look for the resistor pack and the motor?  GM has a history of using connectors that just barely are good enough, and fail over time due to being used to the limit.
