Part #'s & Pics-painted handles

I just completed installing new SS painted door handles on my 03 Silverado. I completed both door handles and the tailgate handle in about three hours.

Mine are Victory Red so the part numbers are probably different for the other colors but hopefully this will help someone out there wanting to make this change. I think they look much better than the black handles

At my dealer it was important to have the VIN number from an SS model to expedite the process.

Good call, makes ya wonder why GM didnt put painted handles on from the factory atleast on the LT trim level

Because some folks actually use their truck for work. Paint would chip where as the black just gets dirty.

did the tailgate handle come pre painted or are they just paintable (smooth) I got the chrome center ones and had the bezels painted while i hwas having a replacement door painted (deer strike) I need to do the tailgate also
