Creaking Front End

Seems like a revolving door at times with this truck, haha.

 

I just had it up on jack stands to fix the EBCM and once i fixed that and started to back out of the garage i immediately heard creaking coming from the front end. Thinking it was the ABS module i had my wife turn the wheel while i was listening. Its definitely coming from the front end and not the ABS module underneath the driverside.

 

It occurs when I turn the wheel or hit a bump in the road. I had just replaced all the ball joints last year (upper, lower, control arm) and went back now to affirm they were properly greased. The only one i cant grease is the lower but the boot seems to be in tact and no visible damage. Power steering fluid is full and this only appears to occur when the truck is on the ground. Lifting it off the ground the noise is not present.

 

The only thing I can think of is maybe I damaged it when I was trying to get the rotor off when I was working to get some wheel speed sensor checks done. I forgot about the torx screw and gave her a few good hits with a deadblow thinking the rotor was locked to the hub (thats on me, yikes).
