Signal lights an dash light

Has any one had a signal lite issues an dash light issues . I have a 2005 1500 pick up truck the cab has bin change to a 2007 cab . I have four way flashers but no signals , I confirmed the following fuses , Signal light switch, Signal light module, are all good . It has had a remote start  in the cab and was wondering if they use the signals light when installing it . Also changed clusters to see if this is but no luck . Was wondering if someone has run in to this problem.

The 2007 wiring harness  is most likely the problem. Change the harness as GM changes wiring harnesses most every model year.
