2020 Silverado Enable NAV on IOS

Hi all, does anyone know if the NAV feature can be enabled on the RPO IOS radio?  My dealership is telling me that I have to upgrade to IOT however I already have a SD card slot so can I buy a map card and perhaps it'll work then?  Thanks in advance!
