2005 Silverado PRNDL display won't turn off

Hi everyone

 

Just experiencing some difficulty with my truck. Trying to trouble shoot why my PRNDL display won't turn off once I take the key out. I have replaced the ignition twice. Had the entire gauge cluster sent in for service. Still nothing. Maybe reflash BCM? Radio and lights and everything else turn off when the key comes out. I close the door and after a little the cabs lights go out like the should but that PRNDL stays on ?
