Hey guys.  I have an 08 Silverado ltz with the 5.3.  The motor has 218000 miles. Two times recently after driving for a good two hours the oil pressure has dropped to almost nothing.  When this happens a valve tick occurs that doesnt sound good at all.  I was just wondering if anyone else has had thos same problem
