Chrome, Mirrors and Lights

Has anyone removed the giant mirrors and replaced them with 1/2 ton mirrors?  I don't like the blind spot from the right front corner that I get when trying to look around the mirror.  What is the best way to sell the mirrors, a site like this or ebay?  Has anyone removed the chrome around the windows? I don't want to cover it, I want to remove the chrome and replace it with black painted pieces.  How about the fender lights.  Has anyone purchased the lenses from Klearz?  Are they worth the money?

I recently had some paint match done and my painter would not touch the chrome on the window trim and mirrors, too much labor to remove the chrome. He recommends having them wrapped which I am looking into early next week. I attempted to wrap the window trim myself with poor results due to my lack of experience and patience.
