Left rear turn signal failure and no interior dome light

Not only do I have the left rear turn signal failure, but the brake light doesn’t light on that side either.  I get light only when the lights are on.  I have tested the harness for continuity and it is fine.  Unplugging the taillight assemblies on both sides, right side still doesn’t throw a right side failure but the left side still does.  Along with this issue, my interior dome lights don’t come on with the doors open and the compass/gps on the truck isn’t working.  All of this started happening around the same time.  Any ideas?

Is this a BCM issue?  Has anyone bought A new one and had the dealer program it?  If so how much did they charge?  A new AC Delco one is only $84 on Rock auto.
