Radio/Clock on 03 rado

Ok , since we just recently gone back in time a couple weeks ago my clock is off on the 03 .

 

I have gotten very little from the owners manual on how to adjust this and any help would be appreciated .

 

BTW this is just a basic am/fm stereo

on my 02 i just hold in the button that says "hr" untill it goes to the right hour
