I just bought a 08 Silverado 2500 HD Duramax. After a month of driving it my door locks no longer work. When you push the door lock button either on the key fob or on the door panel the locks move a tiny bit but do not lock. Today I got in and now the speakers do not work either. I only have the front tweeters. All fuses look good. Any ideas?

the wires in the door jam can break from flexing (which they do as you open/close the door).  The rods in the doors connecting the lock mechanism to the manual switches can also prevent the electrical setup (either the button or the fobs) from working (if, say the last person with the door panel off didn't reassemble it properly).
