Where do I start with our 1st Chevy Colorado?

I just purchased a 2021 Chevy Colorado Work Truck Crew Cab.  Have had a few issues in the first month (carpet was saturated and needed to be replaced because the a/c drain line was not connected, and they can't get steering wheel into the correct horizontal position).  Other than that it seems to be a solid truck.  Put tonneau, side step bars, mud flaps, seat covers and new floor mats, had a bedliner sprayed in, added trailer hitch (can't get the wiring right on the plug though)..... what accessories do the readers think I'd still need?  What are the the accessories you added that you can't do without?  Some ideas for other projects are upgraded speakers, cab spoiler, hard tonneau, power side mirrors, hood deflector, better rims, locking gas cap, etc..... thoughts?  What are issues to watch for?  Thanks!
