L83 to l86 intake manifold

For the guys with the l83 that went to an l86 intake manifold did y’all go straight to the lt5 throttle body or would the katech ported 6.2 throttle body net same results. I have a custom tune and full bolt ons besides the manifold.

6.2 probably out flows your motors cylinder heads.  katech is a couple levels above a 6.2 in cfm. neither one you will out perform until you start spending money on cnc heads, big cams and oversized valves.

Plan is ported heads stage 3 cam and down the road pro charger. Should I jump straight to the lt5 or change once I start getting to the internals ?
