2018 suburban lift gate

My 2018 Chevy suburban lift gate when closing will sound like it will latch then it will unlatch and open up halfway, sometimes It just unlatches, a few times it will start closing on its own. When it opens up half way it has to be manually closed and then sometimes it won’t latch. It has never been wrecked. The dealer has replaced the actuator  part # 84306929 and the switch part # 13597496. This is an interment problem that will happen for several weeks the won’t malfunction for a month.
