Side mirror puddle lights stay on

Anyone have issues with their side mirror “puddle” lights staying on? I’ve noticed they stay on really dim after closing and locking the doors. It’s an intermittent issue and after a few minutes they start to flicker as if there’s a bad connection somewhere or as if they’re not being switched off completely. I was looking for the relay in this circuit but I’m thinking it may be in the BCM. Any help would be appreciated.
