Black screen radio and no siund

Can’t seem to figure this out. Radio in my ‘14 Silverado will not turn on. No sound or nothing and the USB ports in the center console also don’t work. Have checked the fuses, took the glove compartment out to check the cable in HMI, and tried removing battery cables for 10 mins. Can’t seem to get it to turn on. Any other suggestions before I take it to a dealer?

My current truck did something like that shortly before my battery died (temporarily), BUT it come back on the next day (once again, shortly before my battery died). 

 

Have you tried removing the POSITIVE connection on your battery for about 5 minutes, and reconnecting?  Think someone else tried that for something similar.
