dash lights

got my truck inspected and when i got it back the dash lights were out the fuse is good . i have a problem a little bit ago with the dash lights going out while i was driveing but that went a way do u guys think it could be the dimmer box

Here is a stupid answer because you probably already checked, but make sure that the dimmer is turned up. Once took the dash apart and must have rolled the dimmer down. After putting it back together it had no dash lights. Did figure it out though after five minutes wondering what I did wrong.

Yes I can almost guarantee you that it is your dimmer switch.

I had mine replaced and I got the dash lights back on. Check to

see if the dash lights are the only ones that are off. Because if your

window switch lights are still on, then it means that you have a problem with your Dimmer switch.

thanks guys i found the problem the power wire to the dimmer box was fried and it must have shorted the box out because only my drl were workinf so i riged it for now. do any of you guys now thw part number for the dimmer boxand i also need the part number for the heater ac controls thanks again guys
