ash tray/power ports

I am thinking about changing out the ash tray/ power ports in my '95 Tahoe with the style from the '96-'00. I currently have the big ashtray that has to stay open to plug I things in giving a cluttered look. Has anyone else done this, is it a simple bolt in?

It does work, just a simple 15 minute istallation. now things are less cluttered and the light is not shining when I have my phone plugged in at night
