2019 z71 radio

Just bought a 2019 Silverado Z71 and the radio every so often goes black but stays on. Can’t lower or raise the volume, I heard this is a current situation GM can’t figure out the issue. There not sure if it’s a software issue or the radio it self. Question is, do they have an aftermarket radio? I seen the 2018, you can buy a linkswell Tesla radio but can’t seem to find one for mine. It’s the base model Z71. All climate controls are manual and not digital. Would love to buy a bigger radio. Thanks in advance

I have been dealing with the same thing with my 2020 with the IOR radio. The dealer was like "ah we have never heard of anything like that" but I kept pushing them calling the every other day and finally they installed updated software to version 135116. It's been about 3 weeks and so far so good. It's says it maybe done over the air but I couldn't get it to start the down load when parked in my driveway with the wifi signal very strong. See picture
